Who these terms are for
SynteraX Card is exclusive to SynteraX members. By signing in or ordering a card, you agree to these terms and to your SynteraX membership rules.
The cards
SynteraX Card Virtual is a one-time digital issuance for online and tap-to-pay spend. SynteraX Card Physical is a one-time issued card for unlimited daily spend, ATM cash, and worldwide shipping. Issuance fees are shown before you pay.
Fees and limits
Typical usage is about 2% to top up, 3% on global spend and FX, and 2% at ATMs. ATM owners may add their own fee. Virtual daily spend is up to $250,000. Physical daily spend is unlimited. Merchant and network rules still apply.
Your responsibilities
Keep your SynteraX login safe. Freeze a lost card from the dashboard. You are responsible for wallet sends you approve and for charges made with your card until you freeze it.
Card controls
You hold the controls from your dashboard. Freeze or unfreeze instantly, set a PIN, approve 3-D Secure, and file a dispute where you see the charge.
