What this covers
This policy explains how SynteraX Card handles information when you visit synteraxcard.io, sign in with SynteraX, and use a member card. Cards are exclusive to SynteraX members.
What we collect
We receive the identity your SynteraX membership already has — typically your member id, email, and membership status. If you order a physical card, we also store the name and shipping address you type in. We do not ask you to upload a passport, selfie, or utility bill to issue a SynteraX Card.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, issue and fund cards, show balances and activity, run fraud and settlement checks, and talk to you about your account.
Who sees it
Card issuing, vault, and payment partners only see what they need to run the rails. We do not sell your data.
Your control
Freeze a card, set a PIN, and manage charges from your dashboard. To update or delete account data, sign in and open a support ticket, or use web live chat.
